1. By instructing BizReg Australia to act for you, you agree that:-

(a) BizReg has given you no advice as to the appropriateness or suitability of your undertaking any of the services that are provided by BizReg, and that you have made your own choice in undertaking to use our services.

(b) BizReg prepares all documentation according to your instructions. BizReg is not and does not purport to be a provider of accounting or legal services. BizReg does not give or claim to give, accounting, legal or financial advice (including but not limited to advice concerning income tax laws).

(c) BizReg will endeavour to explain all relevant matters and instructions to you clearly. You, however, may misinterpret such explanations, and BizReg is not liable in any way for any such misinterpretation.

(d) You have either received your own independent professional advice, or you have chosen not to obtain such advice and accept the risks arising from failing to do so.

(e) BizReg is not liable to you or any other third party for any loss or damage that may be suffered by you or such third party as a result of using any of the services provided by BizReg.

2. Payment of all fees due to BizReg or any government body for the completion of any services provided by BizReg is required prior to the completion of such services.
